Abstract In this work,we have developed a new Cu-(RuAgN) alloy film on a silicon substrate by alloying Cu with Ag and Ru in an Ar-N2 atmosphere.The film was vacuum annealed at temperatures between 200 and 710 for 1 h.After this test,the film was annealed at 710 for 1 h,which resulted in a resistance of 2.27 cm.The film was then annealed for 200 h at 400 and 450,resulting Advanced Materials Research Vols. 652-654 p. 21 Abstract:SUSXM7 Cu-bearing austenitic stainless stee1 was conducted with special antibacterial heat treatment and antibacterial properties of the steel were studied.
